Omada’s purpose is to provide advice, training, individual and group coaching and to organise events for companies and institutions.
DEFINITIONS
In the text of the Legal Notice certain terms will have the following definition:
“Cookies” are files stored on the visitor’s hard drive to enable the web server to recognise the visitor from one web page to another. They are used to store the visitor’s preferences and make future visits faster.

The data collected on this site comes from the voluntary registration of your data. Your name, first name (if requested) and your e-mail address are collected in order to send you a newsletter.
By indicating your e-mail address in the box provided for this purpose or by expressly giving your consent to this end, you agree that Omada may send you, at a frequency and in a form that it will determine, a newsletter that may contain information relating to its activity.
If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the page.
EMAIL ADDRESS
When you send an email via the Website, the personal data you voluntarily provide is used to respond to you directly.
FORMS
Personal data voluntarily provided for the purposes of booking requests and information is used for future contract formation.
STATISTICAL PURPOSES
When personal data is used for statistical purposes (to establish the number of visitors to the Site, the most frequently viewed pages or frequently asked questions), it is collected anonymously.

In Mozilla Firefox (cookies are activated by default)

In Internet Explorer
Click on the Tools button in the top right corner, then Internet Options.

In Google Chrome
Click the Google Chrome menu in the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
In the ‘Privacy’ section, click the Content Settings button.
In the “Cookies” section, you can change the following setting:
Block all Cookies: select the option “Do not allow all sites to store data”. Please note that selecting this setting will prevent most sites that require you to log in from working. An icon will appear in the address bar whenever a cookie is blocked.
Block only third-party cookies: Select the “Block third-party cookies and data” checkbox. When this option is selected, no third-party cookies are accepted, including those from sites you have added to the exceptions and whose cookies you have allowed.

Applicable law and competent courts
The courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the existence or content of this Site.
The law applicable to this legal notice is the Luxembourg law.
